Perton Ehitus OÜ has been active on the construction and development market since its foundation in 2006. We focus on restoring buildings of cultural and historical heritage. In addition, we are involved in the construction of new residential real estate.
The National Heritage Board has issued Perton Ehitus OÜ a license that permits work with buildings of architectural heritage. We restore the historical exterior of buildings and establish new, comfortable, and sustainable utility systems. We implement modern engineering knowledge to significantly increase energy efficiency, so that heating expenses become more affordable for home owners. .
Structural restoration work requires extensive knowledge, experience, and competent engineers to combine modern construction engineering solutions with historical materials and construction techniques. Our professional activities were acknowledged in 2012, when we received a letter of gratitude from the Tallinn Culture and Heritage Department for renovating the apartment building at Wismari 47.
Krediidiinfo AS has declared Perton Ehitus OÜ a Successful Organisation in Estonia both in 2013 and in 2014. Our work ethics and smart financial conduct have also been recognised with an ‘A’ credit rating (good). Äripäev AS has acknowledged Perton Ehitus OÜ’s work in 2014 with the Estonian Gazelle Company 2015 award.
In the “Roof of the year 2015” competition organized by Estonian Roof and Facade Masters Federation, Perton Ehitus OÜ was announced a winner in the stone roof category for Tina 26 historic apartment building reconstruction roof works. In 2016, the company received the award "The best renovated houses in the field of environment 2015" from Tallinn City Planning Department for renovating Luise 27 apartment house.
